Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a refund at no additional cost, no need to ship it back. You may be asked to provide photos of the damage.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as electronic accessories, or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Restocking Fee
For returns that are not due to defects or damage, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
